Join us for this retreat-vacation combining yoga and meditation with the beautiful natural setting of the Bay of Zihuatanejo on Mexico's Pacific coast. I've assisted here for 7 years now, and won't miss it. The teachings are interesting and deep and the teachers really emanate love and compassion. They're also really fun! The yoga is appropriate for all levels.

The teachers: Brahmani and Jashoda, RYTs are 500 hour Senior Kripalu Yoga Teachers and Mentors who also draw from their experience as Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapists, Transcendental Reiki Master/Teacher, Shiatsu Practitioner and Cranial/Sacral Therapist. They are the creators and directors of the Journey Into Yoga Teacher Training (a registered Yoga Alliance School).
