FREE Yoga for HIVThursdays, 3-4:30 p.m., Davies Medical Center Gazebo, 45 Castro St., SF.(Note: Classes are held on the first through fourth Thursday of each month. When a month contains five Thursdays, the fifth Thursday will not have a yoga class.)In this beginning level class, you will learn postures, breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and meditation. The class will include postures beneficial to the immune system. Other Weekly classes are temporarily suspended.
